Tina brings an evidence-based analytical approach to her role with experience across advocacy and project delivery of initiatives advancing multicultural health outcomes. Her ongoing Honours degree in Psychology at the ANU has equipped her with strong research and communication skills, as well as an understanding of how cultural, social, and psychological factors influence health outcomes. With a focus on academia, Tina has worked on papers addressing different marginalised populations, most recently publishing a paper on the importance of diversity initiatives to improve education outcomes.
